ANNUAL HOME TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

An annual subscription with Cool Breeze means that you can be secure in the knowledge that we have your back and will be there for you when you need us.

With our annual Cool Tune included, your technology will be set up and ready to work for you. It will also give you peace of mind so that, if anything does go wrong, we can arrange to visit or call you to get it sorted in the fastest possible time.

We can be flexible to suit your needs. We will start by taking a documented inventory of all your home technology so that we can keep you informed of any relevant changes or updates needed. This includes not just your computer or laptop (Mac or PC), but phone, tablet, router, TV and music system.

WHATS INCLUDED

  • An annual Cool Tune (health check) of your main device (computer or laptop)
  • A review of your home phone (landline) and broadband providers to check that you are getting the best deal and not paying too much
  • 10 hours support per year or unlimited remote support by phone or email
  • Setup and configuration of all devices to help protect against scams and virus’s

A COMPLETE MOT OF YOUR HOME LAPTOP OR COMPUTER

Your home technology needs to be looked in much the same way as your heating, boiler or car.  An annual service ensures that everything is working as it should, running securely, and is less likely to let you down at a critical time. It will also pick up on any potential problems that you may need to address before they become more serious.

The team at Cool Breeze understands this and we can help.  We are offering the opportunity to join our Cool-Tune Service to a limited number of customers; or to put it another way –  an Annual MOT for your computer or device!

You will get a Cool Tune checklist so that you know exactly what we have done for you.  We also offer advice on any areas that may start to become problematic (a bit like the advisories when you have an MOT on your car!).

This will give you the reassurance and confidence that your equipment is safe and working as efficiently as it should for the coming year.

Homes these days are full of devices and technology. Technology that enables you to enjoy TV and sound systems; manage your heating and lighting; organise your home office and linked systems; router and wi-fi. Often when you have major changes it can be a good opportunity to consolidate and improve the management of your set-up. How many wires do you have sitting under your desk and behind your TV like a bowl of spaghetti?

At Cool Breeze, we understand this and can help. You can then be reassured and confident that your equipment set up is safe and working well for you.

  • Complete and thorough review of what you already have in place. We will then suggest the best set-up for your particular needs and situation
  • Reinstallation and consolidation of your home technology – not just computer and other devices, but you may also have Sonos, Apple TV, printers etc that all need to be set up correctly
  • Router health check and wireless performance review to ensure the very best set up for you
  • Wireless and devices are set up correctly and working at optimum performance. • Tidying up and secure stowage of cables and wiring
  • Checking connections to linked devices using wireless wherever possible to reduce unsightly cables. Where cable wiring is necessary, we will advise on the best solution for you
  • We will sit alongside you to guide you through a step-by-step tutorial on the best set up for your equipment
  • Checking and replacing existing equipment where necessary. There may be additional charges for replacement parts but we will try and keep these to a minimum and try wherever possible to make use of your existing resources.
